Discount Gorilla Automotive 91147SS Stainless Steel Lifetime Lug Nuts (14mm x 1.50" Thread Size) - Pack of 4

I purchased 32 S/S lugnuts which I recived. This was the size recomended to me for the truck that I own. The thread size was correct but the lenth was too short. I took pictures, comparing the ones I bought and the ones I had. I also sent a letter back explaining to please exchange them for the right size . BUT I guess the people reciveing products back either don't care or can't read. Because my account was credited with no response! I am sure you have the product I need and they could have been shipped back without loosing a sale. The other problem I have there is no phone # that a buyer can talk to a real person. This is not good business!

Cheap Wagan Wet and Dry UltraVac with Air Inflator

This is a useless device. Suction power is almost non-existant. Hose is a toy- no clips, tabs or anything to actually keep in attached to the vac, the attachments keep comming of the hose. Makes noise, but hardly picks up anything. It seemed like a good tool for the price, but in reality it is a complete waste of money.Get more detail about Wagan Wet and Dry UltraVac with Air Inflator.

Purchase Slime 1011-A Low Pressure Pencil Gauge with Bonus Valve Caps (1 - 20 PSI)

If you have low pressure tires you have to have one of these. The product description is a little dumb as the vehicles with these type tires aren't usually worried about mileage or treadwear, just their safety. Improperly inflated tires on an ATV is a hazard.Get more detail about Slime 1011-A Low Pressure Pencil Gauge with Bonus Valve Caps (1 - 20 PSI).

Order Multiple Function Pressure Indicating Valve Cap (32-36psi)

cheap made (even word cheap is too luxurious to describe this item)
when I received the item, first thing I notice was cracks (many) on the clear(frosted) plastic parts (all 4 had 2 to 3 cracks). I personally do not think these cracks are due to poor delivery or poor packaging, but due to material quality.

Rubber O-rings are the climax of this product, beating the poor quality of the clear plastic part. I can't even thing of any word to describe the unbelievably poor quality of the O-ring. Although, the metal works isn't that bad, you would expect something better for the price you are paying.

For the overall assembly, "whole is greater than sum of its parts." If you think it cant get worse, I will tell you that it can.

To sum up, I will say one more thing.
I spent about $15 to try this product. I would have been a lot more satisfied if I could have just wipe my bottom with that $15. At least I could have save me lots 'o time.

just for the info:
I was and am using walmart's $5 pressure indicator valve cap.
"walmart cap" is "Rolex" quality compare this #$@%

Where To Buy Master Flow MF-1040 Cyclone High Volume Portable Air Compressor

I like this unit (replaced a cheap one I had bought that took forever to inflate). The inflates-in-1-minute is questionable--must apply only to slightly deflated tires, but it still does a very good job.

As with many, I was frustrated with the screw-on adapter for it let out too much air, so one had to slightly over-inflate to compensate. So I found a solution.

In short, I spliced on a clear 1/4" plumbing tube tube/hose + quick release adapter from an old manual bicycle pump I had (of which I kept about 6 inches of its hose). One can find this clear hose at any Home Depot and similar stores.

The splices were done with leftover metal tube I had that the clear and yellow hoses fit right into and I used some Goop Plumbing--same as Goop Shoe Goo, really--to seal them (I love this stuff it's very versatile adhesive). A plastic cylinder of correct diameter and sufficient thickness will work as sleeve too.

So if interested in making something like this, here are two versions after you cut off the screw-on valve adapter keeping at least 6 inches of its yellow hose:

A) BASIC (with original spiral hose) for Cars, Trucks

YELLOW SPIRAL HOSE END === > splice sleeve < == HOSE FROM QUICK-RELEASE ADAPTER/VALVE.

B) NON-SPIRAL (spiral replaced with clear hose) for Motorcycles, ATV's

PUMP-END YELLOW HOSE (minus spiral) === > splice sleeve < === CLEAR HOSE === > splice sleeve < == HOSE FROM QUICK-RELEASE ADAPTER/VALVE.

Some additional notes:

-- HOSES: Depending on your distance to tires, keep or cut as much or little off the original spiral yellow tubing from either end as you need. In may case, I got rid of the spiral part entirely (the above "B" version) since I get around only on a motorcycle: I plug the 1040 into a custom 12v outlet near my odometer and only need a couple of feet of hose to reach my back tire. The spiral also took up too much room in my customized baggage compartment on the bike.

-- QUICK RELEASE ADAPTER: The better quality, i.e. made of or mostly made of metal, the better. If yours still has some of that braided cloth on the hose, I'd suggest peeling it off so that there is a smooth and snug fit in the splice sleeve. The un-peeled black rubber hose from these pumps usually is the same or very similar diameter as yellow and clear hoses (it was in my case).

-- SLEEVES: They should be long enough for a solid grip around hoses overlapping these by at least 3/4", so double that in total length. Also make sure there are no rough edges to the sleeves to avoid damage to the inserted hoses during gluing and thereafter (using the pump, storing, etc.).

Sure, this takes a little work, but the pay-off is worth it, IMO.
You'll thank yourself in the years ahead.

Case in point: Right now, I have a mystery slow leak on my rear tire whereby I have to inflate a bit every time I go out to ride (correct tire pressure on motorcycles are far more critical than on cars), so I'm very grateful for the 1040 -- and its new quick-release interface.

Last but not least:

While I've been buying stuff at Amazon for years, I got a better price for this item than what is currently listed here -- at my local Pep Boys (about USD $10 less).Get more detail about Master Flow MF-1040 Cyclone High Volume Portable Air Compressor.

Order Hopkins 30101VA nVISION Tire Pressure Monitoring System Sensor - Pack of 2

I have had many blowouts on trailer tires when I'm towing, and I believed they all started with the tire air pressure being too low without me realizing it. Even when I have checked the tires before a trip, things happened during the trip and, not realizing it I continue driving and end up ruining at least a tire, sometime an entire wheel, hub and axle, other trailer parts, or the tire next to the one that blew out. When I saw this system it seemed like a very good idea for me. I got the transmitters from Amazon where I found them for less than the retail price.

When I first installed them, I wasn't getting good reception. I called the company and they sent me a free antenna extender and the reception was fine.

One day after I got the system working, while parked at home overnight, my warning signal was going off on one of the tires. I figured I must have not sealed it well when I installed it, so I aired up the tire and used the trailer. Then next morning the warning was going off again on the same tire. I removed the tire and sure enough I had run over something and the tire had a slow leak. After just one use the system has already saved me one tire problem. I think the system is great even at the retail price, and if you can find the same system for less, that's even better.Get more detail about Hopkins 30101VA nVISION Tire Pressure Monitoring System Sensor - Pack of 2.

Shop For McGard 65557 Chrome SplineDrive Wheel Installation Kit (M12 x 1.5 Thread Size) - For 5 Lug Wheels

I didn't buy this item, however, I am having a hard time getting my question answered about this product. I can't order this item unless I know that I am getting 20 lug nuts in the set (for a set of 5 lug wheels). By the title, I would assume 20 lug nuts come with it, but the actual product description says we only get 16 which would be for a 4-lug set.

Please update this item description (or title) so that Amazon shoppers know what they are looking at. Thanks.Get more detail about McGard 65557 Chrome SplineDrive Wheel Installation Kit (M12 x 1.5 Thread Size) - For 5 Lug Wheels.

Staun SCV5 Automatic Tire Deflator

Well, they work exactly as described. Set the pressure once by turning the knob and forget about ever having to fiddle with them again. Ive used these 2 times since receiving them last week and they made the process of airing down the tires so much easier. They come in a pack of 4 deflators so i took 2 and set them to 20 PSI for sand and set the other 2 for 28 PSI for gravel, unpaved and rutted road driving which theres alot of out here in the Aussie Outback, These are very cool little items if you have the cash, i think they are a bit pricey for something made of brass, but you do get a good product in the end. Lisle 36200 Magnetic Valve Keeper- Remover- Installer Top Quality

This tool cut the time not only in half but was 5 times faster then the tool I rented from the parts store. I did return that tool once this tool came in. I recommend just buying this tool versus renting a tool that will cause you too loose the valve keepers. This magnet makes sure all your keepers are safe and accounted for. I strongly recommend buying this tool and recommend it with highest marks for quality and utility. Get more detail about Lisle 36200 Magnetic Valve Keeper- Remover- Installer.
