Although the product is great, the quality control is the shipping department is crap. I was shipped an empty box the first time around. The plastic sleeve the tool was in was in the box, but no tool! Some yahoo at the warehouse has a nice tire spoon now. I can't believe the scale didn't catch this before it got out the door. I mean, tire spoons weigh at least three pounds, how could you not know when one isn't in the box?
