I bought this to deal with tires on a large trailer - dual wheel, tandem axles. The dual chuck grips the valve stem and doesn't require me to hold the inflater chuck once attached. The pressure can then be increased or decreased from the handle. The five foot hose allows you to have your face away from the tires as you adjust their pressure. That makes me more comfortable.
